Terms of service

• Please do not order without careful consideration, as labor cost and/or restocking fee will be charged.

• Keep in mind that our products are delicately handmade and take days, and at times weeks, to finish.

• All order shipped out to our customers will return back to us if no one is available to accept the package (signature required) or no one picks up the package from the shipping company's local station. We are not responsible for product not collected within this time period.

• We will charge re-delivery charges and processing fees if we need to re-ship a package.

• Prices may change at any time without notice. All promotional prices or discounts are only valid during the promotion period.

• Absolutely no refund or exchange on ANY custom made products including grillz.

• We always try to make sure dental molds are accurately done before starting the manufacturing process. Slight fitting issues can be adjusted using adjustment instructions available here. Grillz, like most other custom orders, cannot be returned for a refund. However, we will redo/adjust/refit the grillz using new molds if the original mold is identified as the issue.

• Cancellation of Deposit towards custom order design and consultation will incur either a $200 design fee (if design is completed) or 20% cancellation fee (if cancelled before a design was done).

• If you are under 18 years of age, permission from parents or guardians is required before ordering grills/dental caps.

• It is a good idea to consult with your dentists for recommendation before placing order for dental grillz and caps.

• All our product are precision made to the highest standard. We accept no responsibility for damage after collection.

• All domestic orders paid by credit card/DebitCard through PAYPAL can only be shipped to a PAYPAL confirmed/verified address.

• Gold caps can change color due to body acid, body temperature and will tarnish (if less than 18kt). Sterling silver also tarnishes when exposed to these factors.
